Prices cover exclusive rental of apartment, broadband, utility bills and weekly cleaning with fresh bed linen & towels.

One bedroom apartments: From £78/night
Two bedroom apartments: From £98/night (equivalent to £49 per person per night)
Prices exclude VAT.

Book by phone

  1. Phone us on +44 (0)782 513 6030 during office hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours you can leave a message on our answer phone and we will get back to you as soon as the office opens.
  2. We will take your requirements and details* over the phone and confirm your booking verbally.
  3. We will then send you an electronic confirmation and an electronic and/or physical invoice for payment.
  4. To complete your booking you should pay the amounts due in accordance with the section headed "When to Pay".
  5. If your booking is made prior to 4 weeks before your arrival date payment will be requested in two stages.

Payment

Deposit

In addition to your payment you will be asked to pay a security deposit of £200 per apartment against any additional expenses you may incur e.g. shopping. Your deposit, less any expenses you have incurred, will be fully refunded to you at the end of your stay or in the event you have to cancel your booking. If your stay is for longer than a week, or if you wish to purchase several of our additional services, you will be asked to 'top up' your deposit as deemed necessary by Arando Apartments.

When to pay

An initial payment of 25% of the total cost of your stay is payable when you book. Upon receipt of the initial payment we will send you a further written confirmation of your booking, detailing the total cost of your stay, the amount paid and, where applicable, how much remains to be paid. The balance is payable 4 weeks before your arrival date. If you book within 4 weeks of your stay the full fee will immediately be payable. Please note, at the time of paying the final fee you must also pay the deposit of £200 for each apartment booked to cover additional expenses and any damage charges.

If any fees are not received in accordance with the above paragraph, your booking may be cancelled by Arando Apartments and any payments already made, will be forfeited.

Paying by cheque

Cheques can be used for UK POUNDS STERLING payments only and should be made payable to Arando Ltd.

Paying by credit/debit card

Credit and debit card payments can be used for payment in UK Pounds Sterling

Details can be taken over the phone by calling +44 (0)782 513 6030.

The details required are:

  • Name of card holder
  • Address of card holder
  • Card holder contact telephone number (including STD code)
  • Card holder email address
  • Card type (VISA, Mastercard)
  • Card number
  • Amount to be taken (including currency)
  • Issue date of card (month and year)
  • Expiry date of card (month and year)
  • Security code (if one exists)
  • Card holder's signature

Paying by bank transfer

Bank transfer payments can be accepted by arrangement with Arando Apartments, but all bank charges incurred will be your responsibility.

 

Cancellation

Any cancellation of your booking (in whole or in part) must be made by email to:

bookings@arandoapartments.com

Note: the booking will be deemed cancelled on the day the written cancellation arrives in the Arando Apartments office.

When you can cancel

You can cancel at any time but you will be liable for some, or all of the fees, depending on how much notice you give us; for details, see the Terms & Conditions.

Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance.

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover.
