Our Southampton apartments are located close to the city centre, near both Ocean Village and Oxford Street with its many bars and restaurants. Southampton Boat Show is just a short walk away. The Mayflower Theatre is within 5 minutes drive.

Standard Services

Welcome Arrival Pack which is designed to start you off, and includes bottled water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, oil, bread, butter, cereals, something for an evening meal, salt, pepper, and washing products for the machines
Weekly cleaning including thorough clean of kitchen, bathrooms & changing of bed linen and towels
Meet & Greet – every guest is met either at the train or bus station or at the apartments and is shown around the facilities
Information pack giving information about the apartment , local amenities, entertainment, restaurants, local transport & useful phone numbers
Selection of DVDs available on request

Additional Services

Arando Apartments also offers the following additional services:

Daily Cleaning	This is a light clean of the whole apartment, including bed making, bathroom freshening, & kitchen clearing	£15/day
“Convenience” pack (per day)	This pack is designed to supply breakfast and an evening meal to those who don’t have the time to shop. Just request it for the number of days required and we will put additional breakfast foods and a Waitrose ready meal, of your choice, into your apartment. Selection is made from a list available from our office.	£15/day
Guest Bed	An extra bed can be provided if you want your family to stay	£20/night

Payment for these additional services will be taken out of the £200 deposit you pay at the time of booking. You may be asked to top up your deposit as it gets used up; the above prices are subject to VAT and may vary slightly if our suppliers change their prices.
